Layaways

Find an item that you like, but short on funds? Use our Layaway Plan: Minimal down of 20% of total purchase price by check, charge or cash. 3 months to pay off balance. Your purchase is stored in our warehouse for you only. No Layaway charges.

Delivery Services

Sofas Etc. contracts with an outside bonded, licensed and insured delivery service. Deliveries are made Tuesday through Saturday, during business hours, and the customer will be given a delivery window. A two-man delivery team will unpack the item, place it where you like it and remove all of the packing and shipping materials. Additional services requested by the customer will not be performed without prior authorization by Sofas Etc. Please ask a sales associate for the delivery fee schedule for your area.

Order Time Frame

Many items are in stock and available for immediate delivery. For special order items, time frames may vary and, at the time of order, we will provide you with as accurate an ETA as possible. The estimated dates of arrival are based on our experiences and information provided by the manufacturers.

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated at the time of sale, items carry the manufacturer’s complete warranty, which varies from company to company. Sofas Etc. fully backs the manufacturer’s warranty and will arrange for factory-authorized service. If the problem cannot be fixed in your home or at our warehouse, Sofas Etc. will contact the manufacturer and make arrangements accordingly.
